HSUPA wireless data
Featuring advanced processing power and expanded memory, the Raven X is optimized for high-speed cellular networks. Leveraging high-speed HSUPA technology, the Sierra Wireless AirLink Raven X provides wide area wireless data access at speeds up to 7.2 Mbps downlink and 2.0 Mbps uplink. The North American model has a dual diversity antenna optimised for 850/1900 MHz, while the Europe/Asia model is optimised for 850/2100 MHz, to provide improved performance for HSUPA. In areas where HSUPA is not available the Raven X is backward compatible to HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE and GPRS technologies.
