Licences
The Development licence allows development, integration, evaluation, test and demonstration of modems using CCww's GSM/GPRS/EGPRS L1C, L2 & L3 on your pre-silicon base-band platform and its derivatives. This licence encompasses source code for the L1 control and object code for the L2 and L3.
The Manufacture licence allows manufacture of modems with GPRS and EGPRS data capability using your own base-band chip.
The Production sub-licence allows you to sub-license Image or Object Code (of CCww's L1C, L2 & L3 stack) in conjunction with your base-band chipset to a customer for modem design and manufacture.

Royalty
A per-unit royalty is to be paid at the end of each quarter according to quantity of production.
