Ni-MH batteries give the customer a number of advantages in comparison to other technologies. Increased energy densities mean that you can usually use a smaller, lighter battery to power your equipment.
NiMH cells do not suffer from the so called 'memory effect'. Neither do they contain toxic or heavy metals, therefore complying with new guidelines regarding hazardous materials.
