Automatic power-down mode (power consumption <100μA) during wait periods for host data or completion of flash memory operation
0.25 μm CMOS technology; 5.0V or 3.3V supply voltage

Performance & Application Lifetime
Depending on flash memories and host interface used, the F2 achieves up to 11 MB/s read and 8 MB/s write speed.

Reference designs including schematics and all necessary source files you need to manufacture CF or ATA cards CF cards will be supplied. A manufacturing kit for mass production and for pilot quantity pre-formatting is available. Additionally, advanced system features can be integrated into your custom design upon request.
